We understand that things can change. If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we will always understand, and will accommodate all requests as best we can. The earlier we know, the better.
You can re-schedule your appointment online. If you require any support in doing so please contact us via web messaging, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
We would ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice if you would like to make a change to your appointment.
Notice of cancellation within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee (minus any deposit or prior fees paid).
Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or on failure to attend, the full consultation fee will be charged.
